Ideally located, T3 type apartment on the first floor of a residence with elevator, of approximately 55 m² with a beautiful south-facing terrace.
For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking (narrow).

Its living room with its lounge area, a convertible BZ sofa for a small bed for two people, TV, WIFI and its dining area. A fully equipped open kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hotplates, microwave and oven.
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed offers you two beds and its closet. A bathroom. A second bedroom with two 90cm beds.
