Welcome to this delightful spa and sauna holiday home, perfectly suited for the discerning family seeking comfort and quality during their vacation. The house provides excellent opportunities for wellness with an indoor spa for luxurious comfort and an outdoor sauna barrel complete with an outdoor shower, allowing you to experience cozy relaxation in the open air. The living room is charmingly furnished and features a comforting wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, alongside modern entertainment options including radio, CD and DVD players, satellite TV, and Bluetooth connectivity. Practical amenities include a high chair for the youngest guests and sleeping space for one person on a fold-out mattress in the living area. The house offers flexible sleeping arrangements with three bedrooms: two feature brand new double beds (from 2024), and the third room is equipped with a single bed and two bunk beds. A cot is also available for infants. The well-equipped kitchen area has everything you need for cooking, including an induction hob with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The home features two bathrooms, both complete with a toilet, sink, shower cubicle, and underfloor heating, with the spa located in one of them. Outside, the natural plot spans a spacious 1000 m² and is fenced, making it ideal for families with small children and dogs. Little guests will love the two swings and the sandpit, with plenty of room for play on the natural grounds. The lovely terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun, grilling, and dining together at the garden table, complemented by two sun loungers with cushions for ultimate relaxation.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
