Great stay!!!

Communication went really well. Before arrival, during arrival and at check out. Thank you. Beautifull Swedish chalet, we loved it. All very neat, clean and well equipped. Well done. We loved the quietness, the view from the living room, see the little bunnies in the grass and every now and then the chickens and the rooster. Our daughter loved it so much! Also the horse ride, great! Upon arrival we received a box of green eggs. So nice.

Nothing! All good. May be 2 minor things, the shower curtain. It constantly stuck to your body while having a shower. Another little thing was that there was no curtain for the window of the front door. It gives a bit of an uneasy feeling in the evening/night. We blinded it with a blanket.

An expensive never to be repeated experience.

A really nice location on a working farm.

The pricing of the property is very unfair. €311 according to Booking.com, which is broken down as follows: Apartment €216 Cleaning €95. The owners then demanded another €30 as extra cleaning for our 3 night stay of 2 adults and dog. Total cleaning charges of €125 for 3 nights is extortion, it is a small apartment which does not even supply bedding and towels as part of the price.

Wonderful relaxed vacation

Beautyful set “garden” great options to relax for adults and have fun in the “old” fashioned way with wonderful playground indoor and outdoor, small pool, carts and this works well for mom, dad, kids and grandparents - a view houses, privacy but if you wish you can have contact with other humans and animals. Simply beautyful and peaceful place. My kids and I loved it. The outdoor is already beautyful but the indoor “playground” is very special providing fun for all ages on 2 floors.

That it is so far from where we live ;-)

Schönes Areal … aber Haus “Steffi” kommt für uns nicht mehr in Betracht

Wir waren schon mal auf dem Kolauerhof (in einem Schwedenhaus) … es ist ein sehr schönes Areal mit einer großen Spielscheune und vielen Tieren. Die Lage der Wohnung auch sehr schön mit tollem Ausblick und bequemen Betten … ABER:

Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht sehr warm; die gemietete Bettwäsche hat schon wesentlich bessere Zeiten gesehen (Laken hatten Löcher und die Bezüge total zerknittert und viel zu lang für die Decken); zu wenig Besteck (je 6 Stück); der Geschirrspüler ging kaputt (ein angebotenes Spülmittel war auch nicht vorhanden); das Kinderzimmer mit den Doppelstockbetten ist eine bessere “Abstellkammer” (ca. 3 x 1,5) in der sich auch noch 1 Sauger, Wäscheständer, Babybett plus Matratze sowie Besen und Wischer befand; anscheinend gab es auch noch einen Marder (?) unter dem Dach; das große Badezimmer haben wir nicht warm bekommen und hatten trotzdem ständig Schwitzwasser, sodass wir das Fenster ständig offen lassen mussten; die Sitzecke ist so eng, dass alle aufstehen mussten, wenn einer raus wollte; eine in der Beschreibung aufgeführte Waschmaschine sowie Spiele und Puzzle gab es nicht; der Toilettendeckel war lose; zwei Lampen defekt; unsere Enkelin wollte gerne reiten, wir haben auf die Mailbox bei der angeschlagenen Telefonnummer gesprochen und warten heute noch auf einen Rückruf usw

Ein entspannter Ferienhof für die ganze Familie, in der Nähe zur Ostsee.

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ferienhof mit freilaufenden Kaninchen und Ziegen, Hühnern, Pferden und einem Esel. Es gibt einen sehr schönen und großen Garten mit Schaukeln und Spielgeräten und einen tollen Indoor Spielbereich. Die Ferienhäuser sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist es wirklich sehr schön und entspannt, weil man die Kinder einfach laufen lassen kann. ;o)

Unser Holzhaus war bei der Ankunft sehr ausgekühlt, da die Heizungen aus waren, das hat den ersten Eindruck leider etwas getrübt. Das Haus wurde zum Glück aber schnell warm und dann war alles toll.

Wir hatten 2 wirklich schöne Tage auf dem Hof!

Sehr schöne lage. Für uns war es aber nur ein Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Dänemark. Für unseren Sohn war es ein Spiele Paradies. Besonders der Garten war wirklich außergewöhnlich!

Richtig sauber fanden wir die Unterkunft leider nicht. Waren noch einige Zeit beschäftigt Spinnen zu beseitigen. Der Duschvorhang sollte mal gewechselt werden!

Ein paar sehr schöne Tage mit jeder Menge Entspannung, Sonne, Seeluft, Natur

Eine Ferienwohnung - das sogenannte Backhaus - mit kleiner Holzterasse, sehr sauber, neuwertig alles, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet.....sehr schön gelegen auf dem grossen Arreal des Kolauerhofes, sehr ruhig, kinderfreundlich, gut geeignet um die Seele baumeln zu lassen....gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern, da viele Möglichkeiten zu spielen auf dem Hofgelände....
