Authentisches Prčanj in einem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus direkt an der Küstenstraße am Meer: Hier erlebt man die Bucht von Kotor noch mitten im lokalen Leben – mit der kleinen Bäckerei, Espresso im Café unter Einheimischen und charmanten Badebuchten direkt vor der Haustür. Das historische Stone House wurde äußerst hochwertig und behutsam renoviert und verbindet modernen Komfort perfekt mit dem besonderen Charakter des Gebäudes; die Lage direkt neben der beeindruckenden Kirche Mariä Geburt mit ihrer monumentalen Freitreppe ist zusätzlich einzigartig. Dazu kommt die sehr persönliche, fürsorgliche Betreuung durch die Eigentümer – für uns weit mehr als nur eine Unterkunft und eine klare Empfehlung.

Beautiful, recently refurbished house in great location with shops, restaurant and sea swimming all on the doorstep. Good size bedrooms (twin, single, double). Lovely hosts.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was very responsive and made sure we felt welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

location was superb - views ace, 3 good restaurants and a bar within close proximity - again superb views, nice to be around the locals, bakery and shop 1 minute away, friendly host not far away
