Within walking distance of the house, you can find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all basic necessities. Those who choose our accommodation have the possibility to completely forget about the car, facilitating travel on foot or taking advantage of our bike and e-bike rental service.
The penthouse apartment, measuring approximately 240 square metres, comprises a spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms.
You will notice particular finishes and modern and design furniture, exposed beams in the rooms, parquet floors, and in the living room skylights that make the whole room very bright, not to mention the terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the lake.
