Ibisco Apartment – Luxury Ground-Floor Apartment with Lake View
The luxurious Villa Cà Rossa sits above Toscolano Maderno, surrounded by 20,000 m² of land with centuries-old olive trees, offering breathtaking views of Lake Garda. At the end of a private driveway are three villas on the property: Cà Rossa, Cà Bianca, and Cà Pietra, all sharing a large swimming pool.
The large pool, equipped with sun loungers and just a few steps from the apartments, is available from mid-May for all guests staying in the villas and Casa Pietra.
Both Cà Rossa and Cà Bianca consist of two independent apartments each, with private entrances, air conditioning, exclusive terraces, and reserved parking.
The Ibisco Apartment is located on the ground floor of Villa Cà Rossa and accommodates up to 6 guests. Nestled in a hillside location above Toscolano Maderno and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, it offers breathtaking views of Lake Garda.

The apartment is reached via a private unpaved driveway – low-sport cars are not recommended.
The town center of Toscolano Maderno and the lake are approximately 10 minutes by car.

Tolle Lage in Mitten eines Olivengartens. Herrlicher Blick vom Berg auf den Gardasee. Insgesamt ist das Haus auf oberen Qualitätsniveau. Schöner Ruhiger Urlaub.
- Sehr dürftig ausgestatte Küche (Besteck, Geschirr, Pfanne(n), etc.) - gerade wenn man mit 6 Personen unterwegs ist.
- Chaotische Mülltrennung
- Pumpe im Technikraum (neben zweitem Schlafzimmer) spring an, sobald im Haus Wasser verbraucht wird (Toilette, Dusche, etc.). Da kann man schon mal davon wach bleiben / aufwachen.
- Insgesamt hellhörige Decke (man hört die Nachbarn 1.OG "bumpern")
- Pool ist zu klein für 4 Wohneinheiten (2 Häuser)

The location was fantastic with the most wonderful view. It was however difficult to find. Forget the narrow road option and don’t follow Sat Nav. The roads are too narrow. Use the directions for the more main road route although they could be a little clearer.
The amenities were poor. The kitchen was far too small with nowhere near enough work surface and not enough plug sockets. There was no ironing board or iron and no washing machine. The apartment is large so there would be plenty of space for all of this.
The apartment is pet friendly but we didn’t realise this extended to allowing dogs in the pool. This may have been our mistake but we didn’t like that.
