About this villa rental
Villa dei Lauri is a beautiful, completely renovated house located in a green, quiet area but at the same time close to all services. It offers a new swimming pool (not heated), a garden and a beautiful view of the lake. It is the perfect house to spend a comfortable, relaxing and pleasant holiday. The spaces are large and equipped enough to be enjoyed comfortably by a group of 10 people. The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats 12 people, the outdoor terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for 10 people and a professional gas barbecue. The pool area is furnished with 5 sun loungers and 3 deck chairs, the terraces on the first floor are equipped with armchairs for guests to relax and enjoy the wonderful panorama of the lake. The kitchen is completely new and well equipped.
The house has five bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms, while two share a bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned.
From Villa dei Lauri it is only a few minutes' walk to the nearby supermarket, bakery, newspaper kiosk and the centre of Gardone Riviera Basso, which offers various shops, excellent restaurants and bars. The centre of Gardone Riviera Alto can be reached with a nice twenty-minute walk, or in five minutes by car. A fifteen-minute walk will take you to Salò, a town known for its luxurious shops and beautiful lakeside promenade.
For at least 14 nights and more stays a mid-week towels change and fast cleaning are included. If you have special needs or limitations, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.
