We had a lovely stay at the Loch Lochy flat. The flat was very clean and had the a great assortment of kitchen materials. The best feature of the flat was the view, it was right on the Loch Lochy and was just lovely. Very quiet and because of its location amazing views. The flat was a bit away from any restaurants, or grocery stores, but worth it for the view. There was dedicated parking, the directions that I received a few days prior to our arrival were very accurate. I did feel that communication via VRBO was very poor. I emailed two times prior to our visit via my VRBO email account and never once did I receive an answer back to questions I had asked. Yet I will say, that an issue we had (no heat) the local management company did respond to my phone call and continued to text me about the heating situation very promptly. This leads to the only negative about our stay at the Loch Lochy stay. No heat, there were radiators and they were turned on but were not heating. The management company did send someone out during the day to check the "water pressure" on the heating units (radiant heat throughout the flat) and assured me upon my husband's and my return to the flat at the end of the day the flat was "warm." It was not. The average temperatures during the day were 10-12 C and 5 C at night, that is cold. The management company said the inside temps would automatically activate when the temp went below 19C there is no way it was ever that warm within the flat.
