About this house rental
Gairlochy is a picturesque area boasting spectacular views of Ben Nevis and the Grey Corries and is only a short drive away from Fort William town centre. Situated within a small community, Ardbrae is the perfect place to enjoy the peaceful, idyllic feel of the Highlands. Whether you are walking the Great Glen Way, exploring the surrounding area or simply looking to sit back, relax and unwind Ardbrae has it all.
Ardbrae is a four bedroom property and sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom is spacious with a super king bed and walk in wardrobe. In addition, the master has a en-suite with a bath tub and a balconete area which faces onto Nevis Range. The second bedroom can either be set as a super king or two single beds with en-suite shower room and a double wardrobe. The third bedroom is a small double bed and has direct access to the main bathroom. The forth bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen, towels and luxury toiletries are provided.
The lounge area boasts stunning mountain views and has a log burning stove. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and are fully equipped for all your self catering needs. Guests can enjoy this fantastic countryside location from the large garden area located at the front of the property. Private parking can be found directly outside the property.
Situated by the famous Caledonian Canal, Gairlochy is only a short drive from Spean Bridge Village. The Great Glen Way passes nearby and is a great location for enjoying numerous walks and outdoor activities.

This property was amazing for our Highlands base camp! It had an amazing location, amenities, and plenty of space for our whole family to relax after days in Edinburgh or hiking and exploring the Glencoe area! Key factors that set it apart!!!! Cleanliness was amazing! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and plentiful! The kitchen was nicely stocked and even welcomed us with coffee and teas! And a welcome washer and dryer really helped with only having to carry on luggage!A beautiful property and fantastic communication from the hosting family!

This is a beautiful, and tastefully charming house for a group that offers great common spaces and quiet, comfortable bedrooms. Location and views were fantastic. Clean and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Booked Ardbrae to "decompress" after a week in Edinburgh and the Festival.
The property is better than described. The photos don't do it justice. Spacious and comfortable. All 8 of us (3 generations) enjoyed 5 days without tripping over each other.
The views from the balcony and the living room are wonderful. The area is quiet, with plenty of options for short hikes to the canal/locks, or through the hills.
We used the property as a base for trips to Glencoe, Fort Augustus, and Loch Ness.
We will return!
