About this house rental
Charming townhouse set in Pollensa, Mallorca, just in the centre of the old town, very close to the Calvario and the main square.
The clean property consists in a lovely living room, with a piano, that leads to a charming dining room and then to a graceful kitchen. The patio includes a dining area, and stairs that lead to the terrace, which includes a beautiful living area. There is also a bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a lovely bedroom on the left, and a bathroom and a large bedroom on the right. A really charming place with a perfect location to enjoy the town and have an amazing holidays. Netflix available.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment.
Smoking is allowed outdoors
Air conditioner available 24 hours

Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys.

In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to all guests aged 16 and over:
• €0.55/day per person (from November 1 to April 30)
• €2.20/day per person (from May 1 to October 31)
From the 9th night onward, the rate is reduced by 50%.
This tax can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, or in cash and is mandatory.
The old town of Pollensa is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. Here there is a wide selection of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.
Artists from all over the world have been coming to Pollensa for many years to be inspired by the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. Numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov, the German rock singer Peter Maffay and many others have chosen this beautiful place as their holiday destination or second home.
The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is a small baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.

The town house was ideal for our needs. Full of character and the location was absolutely perfect. Near the centre of things with many bars and restaurants to choose from. Yet in a little quiet spot so the best of all worlds. Check in procedure was well organised, and the gift of a bottle of wine and some water on arrival was much appreciated. Highly recommended in all respects

We had a brilliant stay - the accommodation was lovely and such a great location. Maria and Pep were both great hosts and so helpful - they answered all of our questions quickly and gave us lots of suggestions for places to visit and goodrestaurants in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back for another visit.

House was very clean and comfortable, location in the centre of the old town is brilliant. We were able to watch the procession on Viernes Santo from the balcony. Lots of good restaurants, bakery, supermarket all within a few minutes walk.
The price you pay for being in the center of things is that the free parking, of which there is plenty, is a 10 minute walk away - bring luggage with wheels and you'll be fine!
