About this house rental
The house is divided in two floors. Upstairs there is the terrace with private pool, outside table and sunbeds. Entering the house there is the living-room, the new kitchen (owen, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher), and a toilet. Downstairs there are the two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The pool is sunny from 9am until late afternoon. The house has nice views to the mountains and is a few paces away from the Calvario steps. In the old town, but in a very quiet zone. There is no problem for parking near the house.

We loved everything about this townhouse. Perfect location, immaculately clean, the beds were super comfortable and the pictures online really don't do it justice. The owner was really friendly and communication was excellent. We were very sad to leave and would recommend staying here 100%.

Couldnt have asked for more, the property location and facilities were excellent. The host Joan met us in pollensa took us to the house and answered all our questions. We will be staying here again loved it.

We have just spent a really relaxing week at this property, which does not disappoint in any way.The property is very old but renovated to a high specification.The owner Jean was very pleasant and extremely helpful, supplying excellent meeting point information and also providing extra pool towels on request.The plunge pool is a real delight, especially for those long, hot lazy afternoon’s !The house is situated perfectly, minutes away from the famous Calvari Steps (its approximately half way up the steps, so not ideal for the infirm but great for a post meal workout!).We can highly recommend and will definitely use the property again, in the future.Enjoy! 😊
