About this house rental
Charming townhouse located in the wonderful village of Pollensa, the house is in the center of town just 5 minutes walk from the main square.
It has Wifi, air conditioning and satellite television. Entering the friendly house there is a nice lounge that communicates with the dining room. It has a practical kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher. In the interior patio area, there is a lovely reading area, a bathroom and laundry. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with a charming bedroom with a double bed with en suite bathroom and another room with two comfortable single beds. Outside there is a terrace with two hammocks, barbecue and dining area. A very practical house to enjoy holidays with friends and family.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed internet to be able to telework. We have recycling bins to take care of the environment.
The perfect location makes it a privileged holiday home.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
At 6 km distance you will find the ( port )Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
Of particular note is that the accommodation has a fibre optic internet connection, which allows for high speed home office (600 MB).

Pep is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay.

We had a great time at TH Juana. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighborhood the house is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Appartamento AirBnb molto ordinato e grazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario. Un buon letto e un bel bagno. Townhouse Juana è un ottimo padrone di casa e c'è quando hai bisogno di lui, molto gentile e vuole condividere tutto ciò che sa sulla zona. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno!

No podría haber sido mejor. El apartamento era precioso y estaba equipado con todo lo que necesitaba (y un montón de toques encantadores / diseño local). Pep y Maggie fueron muy útiles y la ubicación era genial.
