Zeer goede locatie, vlakbij het centrum van Pollença, Joan is heel behulpzaam en beschikbaar, het zwembad is niet groot, maar wel een belangrijke meerwaarde, alle comfort is aanwezig.
Er zijn geen ligbedden aanwezig bij het zwembad. De keuken is klein met slechts twee kookplaten. Op het terras is er te weinig schaduw, het is er te heet om buiten te kunnen eten.

We really like the location of the property. It’s right next to the Calvary steps and just a short walk from the center of Pollença.

Joan was a perfect host who met us on arrival and showed us around the villa. The downstairs bedrooms were very cool (we did use the air conditioning later in the holiday as the temperatures rose - very efficient and quiet) and we didn't notice any musty smells. The pool was small but very welcome as the outside area didn't have a lot of shade although there was a large parasol provided.
The kitchen was quite small and didn't have a draining board to use after washing any pots in the sink although there was a dishwasher which we didn't use. Also there wasn't a tea towel to dry any pots washed in the sink.

Séjour très agréable dans la maison de Joan . La maison a été rénovée avec soin . La terrasse et la piscine sont un plus même si à cette saison il ne nous a pas été possible de se baigner .
Joan est un hôte très réceptif et a l écoute de nos demandes . Je recommande et aurais plaisir à revenir .
