The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds.
Two bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, outdoor shower, barbecue. Attico Baja Ostina has air conditioning, laundry room, dishwasher and washing machine, TV and sofa bed in the lounge. Private parking space.
It is one of the best solutions for those who need to stay on vacation while looking at the incredible sea view. It is close to the center of Castelsardo (1 km) and the beach of Baja Ostina (1 km).
You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
In case you do not receive the contract on time, you will need to contact the managing agency the property to the number indicated on the booking confirmation.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 21:00. And that will be subject to an appointment being made with the receptionist.. City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
