Czuściutko, niesamowity widok, dwie dość duże łazienki, taras ekstra, roleta rozwijana ręcznie robi robotę wieczorami, miejsce parkingowe tuż pod budynkiem. Dostępne parasole plażowe, maty na plażę w stontino. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona i przestronna. Możliwość wyprania, wyprasowania ubrań. Blisko wszystkich uslug: restauracje, sklepy, lodziarnia, piekarnia. W porównaniu do budynków znajdujących sie w pierwszej linii brzegowej jest bardzo cicho, nie jeżdżą skutery, nie słychać bawiacych sie ludzi. Mieszkanie jest dobrze odizolowane wiec w upale jest tam naprawdę przyjemnie. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Duża liczba ręczników. Polecam też sklep w porcie który nie ma sjesty i jest otwarty cały dzień.
Dość strome podejście, jakieś 300 metrów od plaży. Jak trzeba wejść z zakupami albo wrócić z plaży ze sprzętem to warto mieć auto albo dobrą kondycję.
