The apartment is located in Lu Bagnu, a quiet and popular location just minutes from Castelsardo, ideal for those who want a relaxing holiday near the sea without sacrificing services. The house has two floors and is spacious and bright, perfect for families or groups of friends.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a large lounge where you can relax after a day at the beach and a bath. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a second bathroom, which provide comfort and privacy even for longer stays. Guests also have access to a washing machine and a terrace with sea views, ideal for outdoor breakfasts or to enjoy the sunset.
One of the apartment's strengths is its location: the sea can be reached in a few steps, about 100 meters, and the area offers great ease of parking. The beaches of Lu Bagnu are fine sand with shallow water, perfect for children too.
