We were here in 2022, and when we were looking to revisit Rockaway Beach, we saw that this had increased in price and originally were looking at other properties. In the end we decided to rebook here, figuring that we loved it the first time and then we wouldn't have to worry about what we might find at a new location. We were blown away by the improvements since our first stay. It had been beautifully redecorated, and every little thing that we might need had been thought of ahead of time. We felt very comfortable our entire stay. It was very clean, very beautifully maintained. We loved it. Thank you!!!

This house is located steps from Rockaway beach access-it’s beautiful, well decorated, has an amazing game room and the most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. The owners really did think of all the things a family would need. You can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and to the train that can take you on scenic rides to other neighboring towns. Very comfortable beds and bedding-plenty of towels/toiletriesThe house provided beach equipment from chairs to clamming gear/crabbing. The 2 decks over looking the ocean were amazing. They literally went all out! I would hands down stay again.

Very nice condo, but if you do not navigate stairs well this isn’t the place for you with having three flights. Close to town and the beach is steps away.
My only complaint was we departed the condo at 9:30 am on our checkout date and then received text messages and voicemails saying we left our stuff at the condo and for us to get our stuff out or further measures will be taken. By this time we were home. Obviously the communication between property managers and Turnkey needs improvement, other than that we enjoyed our stay.
