The location was great. We loved the set-up for our group of four. Beds comfortable with nice bedding. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pans, dishes, glasses, cups. Good showers. Plenty of beach toys to use. Living space with fireplace very nice!
The access code didn't work, and it took a while to get the key box open to get the key. We weren't able to get the key back into the key box. Did not get another access code. It was frustrating to have that happen when we first arrived. You are tired from driving and excited to get to the beach. Spots on the carpet should be dealt with at some point.

The location was perfect, ocean view, just steps to the beach and walk to stores and restaurants. The house had a handy layout, lots of space, 3 bathrooms, comfortable beds, sunny balconies w ocean view, car could be parked inside.
The keypad was not working when we arrived, it took some time corresponding w the host to find an alternative way to get in the house. Other than that, our stay was excellent!

Love the code to access. If the garage door opener was working would have been much better. When I called Vacasa they unfortunately did not reply to the text after asking for time to reply. I ended up opening and closing manually which was inconvenient but manageable.
In addition to the garage issue above, that coffee was not provided. Would have been an easy fix to have it available. There were a ton of dirty towels in the master closet. And I do wish that they had listed there were chairs and a wagon and toys for the beach.

Beautifully decorated and right next to the beach.
Rooms were all very comfortable and well appointed.
The fridge smelled like seafood. Not a big deal, but that is why there is a rule of no seafood storage in the fridge, someone obviously did that and the smell didn’t come out.
