You won't have to venture far to have some fun, so check out the local restaurants and cafes in town before heading to the beach which is also just a few blocks away. Rent a paddleboard for a day on the lake or rent a few bikes and explore the coast! For a bit of hiking on the dunes, check out Camp Helen State Park that sports great trails and stunning views!

Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property, great location, easy access to pools and beach, General Store on Main Street, but grocery stores plus others 2 blocks away. The Vacasa Office is staffed with friendly, helpful associates. Carillon Beach is my favorite destination and Lazy Roux is the perfect choice to ensure a carefree vacation. Highly recommend!

We’ve been going to carillon for 12 years now and stayed in many places. This is our 2nd time in this condo. Great location , but needs some updating… mattress in the bedroom and pull out couch are not great… bathroom is nice but outdated, if upgraded then would make appearance much better. Also door to balcony does not shut well. So owners are paying extra for the air as when you go out the front door the balcony door opens 90% of the time.
