About this apartment rental
A beautiful, two-story condominium, located in the downtown area of Carrillon Beach & Resort in the same vicinity of shops, restaurants, a gym, a spa, and a yoga studio. The beach is a short walk through the community of Carillon, a gated development set atop a beachfront land of approximately 104 acres and 3900 feet of white, sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. A sense of community encourages pedestrian, bike, and cart traffic. The condominium lies only a few steps from Lake Carillon, a 13-acre freshwater lake with local flora and fauna.
Carillon is a quiet, upscale "Village by the Sea," a wonderful and peaceful place to vacation with the whole family. The property has three pools: one found on the gulf-side at the Beach Club, another at the Bellview park (which includes two tennis courts, a basketball court, kids pool and kids play area), and an additional pool available at the east side of the property.
There are eight Dune Walkovers to the beach, which is never crowded.
A centrally located meeting house in the downtown green area offers a nondenominational service on Sundays at 10:00am.
The condominium has been extensively remodeled in 2017, with hardwood floors installed throughout. The first floor provides a spacious living room with an HD TV and cable, a blu-ray player, wifi service, and a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well equipped, with a laundry area including a washer and dryer. A separate dining area serves as an ideal space for entertaining family and guests. The two rooms upstairs consist of a large bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed, also with a private bathroom; both rooms have TVs and DVD players. The large tile balcony overlooks Market Street, with views of the fountain, the green, surrounding restaurants, and Lake Carillon, with multiple seating arrangements and a dining table. During the summer, one may also enjoy live concerts at the green from the condo balcony.
The owner provides two beach chairs by the Beach Club.
Our home is SMOKE FREE, NO PETS ALLOWED. Reservations are not accepted for vacationing students or singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian or parent during the entire stay. The condominium also holds a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
Please note that the monthly rent is only during November to March 15, otherwise the daily rate applies.

What a great stay!!! The condo was perfect in every way and had everything we needed. Location was key, less than 5 minute walk to any of the pools and the private beach. A short 15 min drive to PCB, 40 min to Destin and right at the start of 30A. This place will definitely be on the top of our list next year!!!

This is our 6th year going to Carillon. This has been our favorite location we’ve stayed. This condo was perfect. Quiet and above the pizza place which was ideal for us. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely look for this condo every year from now forward.

We enjoyed our week, but won’t stay at this location again. It needs an extreme deep cleaning. We had some issues but the property owner was prompt in helping to get them resolved.
It took multiple attempts to get the check in instructions the day of. When you drive from 15 hours away it’s concerning when information is not provided until that morning. When we got to the condo it had not been cleaned and the previous guests left it in completely gross condition. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4 p.m., we didn’t get in until about 10 p.m. when the very sweet cleaning ladies had the opportunity to finish cleaning the unit. The owner just told us to settle in while they were cleaning. That is awkward so we left until the job was completed.
The next day we went to the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the unit. There are instructions that tell you to call Kyle if the cushions and umbrella are not out there. Well Kyle informed us that we were supposed to provide a 24 hour notice to have them set up. How were we supposed to know that?
We sent pictures to the property owner to show the ripped screens and mold growing in the kitchen cabinets and air vents. Hopefully some of the issues will be resolved for future guests.
