The Space:
Beautifully situated overlooking Lake Carillon and nestled in the thick of the palm trees, this suite-style, waterfront condo offers a number of unique features for a memorable stay. Enjoy a beautiful wraparound patio with a table and chairs for outdoor dining at golden hour. You'll have access to many community amenities as well, including hot tubs and swimming pools. The condo is also only a short walk to the lake and beach!
Carillon Beach has two on-site restaurants less than one mile from your door, Our Little Beach Café and Phat Crab. You're also less than two miles from several local favorites. Three miles to the west, step into a bit of luxury at Rosemary Beach. If you're feeling adventurous, take lessons at nearby Walkin' On Water Paddleboards less than half a mile away.
Things to Know
The fireplace is not operational.
Golf carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts.
The office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located on Carillon Market Street for guest assistance.

Unit was adequate, Well appointed with a lovely kitchen. Good sound proofing which is nice because of the traffic and construction in the area. Our one disappointment when we arrived was that there was no ice in the freezer, however, we found ice trays and did have ice after about an hour.

The property was nicely decorated, but we had a few issues.
1- Their is a funky smell that isn’t pleasant.
2- There is only enough hot water for one shower at time. It takes 15-20 minutes for the next user.
3- There was a sleeper sofa, but the mattress desperately needs replaced. Our 9 year old even complained about the springs and ultimately just slept on the couch.
5- There were no extra blankets for sleeper sofa, just a bunch of flat sheets.
4- Be very aware that you only have access to one pool and it is not heated. The other pools in Carrilon are for house owners and guests.
5- The thermostat was programmed to go up to 74 at some point in the day, so the unit was very warm in the evening. We figured it out and flipped it to hold the temp lower, but something to be aware of.
6- The towels had hairs on them when we pulled them out.
7- The bathroom floor was slimy and slippery when we arrived. I had to mop it before letting anyone use it.
Positives- we rented a golf cart and that made the experience very enjoyable getting to and from the beach. I highly recommend this.
The unit location is great being on the end and on the first floor.
We really like Carillon Beach, but will likely look for a house next time just for the better amenities.
