About this apartment rental
Nestled in the heart of Carillon Village, this charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers a serene escape with a view that'll make you forget all about your social media feed. Who needs Instagram when you've got a tranquil lake right outside your window?
Recently remodeled to perfection, this cozy retreat is the ideal spot for those seeking a slice of paradise. The interior boasts modern touches that'll make you feel like you're living in a home decor magazine - minus the impossibly perfect throw pillows that no one actually uses.
Beach lovers, rejoice! You're just a hop, skip, and a sandal-flip away from the pristine shores of Panama City Beach. Forget about battling for parking spots or lugging heavy coolers - your beach day starts the moment you step out your door.
But wait, there's more! (No, this isn't a late-night infomercial.) When you're not soaking up the sun on the beach, take a dip in the community pool. It's perfect for those days when you want to feel like you're at the beach without actually getting sand in places sand should never be.
Located in the middle of Carillon Village, you'll have easy access to local amenities, dining, and shopping. It's like having a small town at your fingertips, but with better weather and fewer nosy neighbors asking about your weekend plans.
Whether you're a snowbird looking for a winter haven or a full-time sun worshipper, this condo offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. So why wait? Make this newly remodeled gem your home sweet home - or at least your home sweet vacation spot!
Parking Pass Required: Guests must purchase a parking pass prior to arrival. A link will be provided after booking to complete the purchase.
Advisory: Please note: The building will have scheduled exterior painting during Oct 12–Oct 28, 2026. During this time, balcony access will not be available due to HOA maintenance. Interior use of the unit is unaffected.

Great space for 2 people. Responsive communication from management. 2 elevators so you don’t have to wait long. Parking is easy and not a long walk.

Quiet, clean and lots to do within walking distance

Communication with owner was not the best and lacked clear check-in, parking, and timely notices. Room location was great, but dishes were dirty, bathroom was dark, tub didn’t drain properly, and there were no sheets for the sofa bed. Overall my family had a great time but could have been better with some improvements.
