(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great stay! Beautiful house, very clean. Only issue is the unadvertised RV that takes up parking space and is an eye sore.

My first time visiting Dauphin Island and my first time staying in a Vacasa home. The home was beautiful, clean and in a great location. I can't wait to return! Customer service was friendly and check-in and out was so simple. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only issuse we had were one night the alarm went off and the code was unable to reset it. Also, if you are traveling with a dog there are lots of ticks on the island.(not the property owners fault). All in all the stay was a success. The home is centrally located on the island so it was walking distant to the local store, bakery,etc. I will definitely stay again
