My wife and I stayed for two weeks. The home is lovely with plenty of room. We could have happily shared the space with more people. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces - second floor decks and the large concrete patio under the house, which was very comfortable in the heat of the day, and a comfortable spot to fire up the grill. It was actually quite nice being away from the beach, because the house remained cool with plenty of shade, and the neighborhood is absolutely peaceful and quiet with tall pines everywhere. They supplied many essentials - plenty of towels, beach towels, detergent, washer and dryer etc. The home is located centrally on the island, and a few blocks in from the main road. We brought our bicycles and enjoyed using the bike path to go to East Beach / Fort Gaines area, Isle Dauphine area / beach on the south side (which is in/connected through the neighborhood), and every restaurant on the island. On dining, we were genuinely impressed with the food at Islanders (west side) and The Carriage. We loved sitting outside on the deck at The Carriage, which has a view of both the bay and the ocean. Pirates at the Isle Dauphine Golf Course area is really cool for a fun drink with amazing views. We look forward to retuning and would absolutely book this property again.

The property is well maintained. The furniture is showing a bit of wear but still comfortable.The online pucs show a bunk that is no longer there.Loved the spices, provided games, spacious kitchen and outdoor seating area. Old grey kitty blessed us with his company. Poor guy. We were able to clean him up with wipes, feed him and get some good kitty lovins! Friendly Spoke with neighbor who said kitty is skinny/dirty due to advanced age. We loved spending time at the beach, crabbing and taking the ferry! Excellent property!

As a family of five this place was perfect. The kitchen has everything you would need to make delicious family meals. They provided the perfect amount of everything from trash bags to cleaning supplies. The whole place made for a comfy and memorable stay. The balcony provided a perfect place to relax after a long day on the hot sand at the beach. I can’t say enough good stuff about the whole experience. We are typically not one to repeat a stay on our travels but we will 100% be back again. Thank you to our host you went above and beyond and it shows.
