The property was great and the location was amazing! The only negative had zero to do with property and more to do with seaside… They high school teenagers are out of control drinking, fighting, stealing bikes and music blaring all night… Seaside did implement 7:00pm curfew last night but probably needs it both the week before and after Memorial Day… However, the property was amazing and the communication with property management was easy and fast! I highly recommend this house!

This is a nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable unit. It is also conveniently located to downtown Seaside and a beach access. However, it should be disclosed in the description that there is no door to secure the upstairs living area. The downstairs unit has a door with a deadbolt but the upstairs unit is more like a loft area that anyone in the house could access via the stairs. The bathroom also has openings to the stairwell that is only covered with free hanging blinds. Thankfully the people below us respected our area and there was no issue. This would work great for two groups that know one another well but should not be booked as two separate units.

This is a very nice property. The location is perfect! Extremely comfortable bed. The communication regarding check-in and amenities was a little lacking. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
