Sea Song's whimsical, third-floor, tower, 'fish' bedroom with queen bed has a bird's eye view of Seaside rooftops and the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. The second-floor master suite with king bed and full bath opens onto a huge, wonderful porch shaded by the trees and perfect for after-beach relaxing. Another second-floor queen bedroom has a hall bath and lots of books to peruse.
Downstairs is an open living area with comfy sofa, love seat and adjoining the full kitchen with granite countertops and dining area, and a bath with an inside-outside shower.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (sleeps 6)- all bedrooms are upstairs
Floor 1- great room with TV, Kitchen and eating area, Full Bath (shower only)
Floor 2- Bedroom 1: KING master with private bath (tub/shower combo) with access to a beautiful HUGE outdoor sitting area

You'll be singing your own "Sea Song when you stay in this beach cottage, right in the heart of Seaside, with huge porches and lots of outdoor seating. NEW granite countertops in the kitchen, updated furnishings and blinds. There is a 40-inch flat screen TV in the living room and additional TVs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Sea Song is only a two-minute walk from the glistening white sand beach and a two-minute walk to Seasides' town square, as well. The cottage is also only two doors from the Tupelo gazebo where children and adults love to gather and make new friends.
If you have never visited Seaside with its landscape of white picket fences and fairy tale cottages, you must grant yourself this very special experience. You will fall in love with Seaside's extraordinary architecture, narrow brick streets, winding paths and fun things for families and friends to do. Shady Lady is a half block from tennis, swimming pools, a fitness center and children's playground, and just two streets from the center of town.
There are dune lakes, golf courses and 20 miles of bike paths nearby. Seaside has movies and live concerts on the grass, live theater, an open-air market, great art galleries, all kinds of fun shops, a bookstore, great restaurants, a neat coffee shop, and the famed Modica Market with its exotic foods and outdoor cafe. Life is so laid-back and easy here.
If you need room for a larger group, Beach Tune, which sleeps four and has two baths, sits right behind Sea Song and can be rented with our larger cottage.

Centrally located close to beach and shopping. Very cute house well appointed. Easy check-in and out. We rented extra bikes through the company provided. The bikes were delivered and picked up from the house.

We enjoyed our stay in Seaside as always. The cottage is close to everything - park your car for the duration and walk!Just a few minor suggestions for the owner and potential renters;The stairs to the upper 2 levels are narrow and steep with 1 turn midway to 2nd level. May not be recommended for young kids, elders or those with issues walking.The electrical outlets as mentioned in previous posts, are older and plugs don’t stay plugged in.There are no night lights and would suggest bringing a few along, getting from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor bathroom in the night would require turning on a light, we brought several night lights with.These are just heads up for future renters to be prepared—There is no small/travel laundry soap provided but easy enough to purchase at Modica market.There are no coffee filters.See you next year, Seaside!

Overall great property. Only complaint would be receptacles need replacing as several would not hold chargers.

The house was exceptionally well located and clean. Furniture was worn and uncomfortable, there weren’t enough glasses and electrical outlets on main floor and upper deck were not in working order (and a worn electrical cord ran under the door). The stairs are very narrow and steep making them hard to navigate with luggage or for kids. The primary outdoor space for gathering is off of the master bathroom which was awkward. The service company was very responsive and professional.
