Sedona Grasshopper is located in the West Sedona area putting you near Hwy 89A and its many restaurants, shopping and much, much more! The property is also close to many trails and other wonderful Sedona attractions to truly experience the amazing Sedona landscape.
This property features single level living and 1,300 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accommodate up to four guests.
Upon entering through the front door, you will then step into the main living space, holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area — all with surrounding views of the red rock vistas.
Living Room: This room offers comfy furnishings, including a full-size sleeper sofa, a 55” Roku Smart TV with a sound bar and woofer.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen offers all the appliances and equipment you'll need to make those delicious meals. And check out the views from the sink that will make dish washing enjoyable!
Dining Area: This area offers a table with seating for four guests and peaceful views.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, 43” Roku Smart TV, desk, patio access, and a private with dual sinks and shower
Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds (can be put together for a king bed upon request and a $30 fee), 43” Roku Smart TV, private access to a shared full bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor spaces
Enjoy a partial fenced, private yard that offers a paver patio with a dining table, propane BBQ, and Corn Hole for a little fun. The entire space offers gorgeous views of the surrounding red rocks.

We had a great stay. Very convenient location and clean. Plenty of space for 3-4 people. Would stay here again.

Our family had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The outdoor space was a highlight for us and a great place to relax for outdoor dining and playing games with our kids.Overall, the home worked well for our needs. We did notice a few minor things that could be improved: some of the dishes weren’t fully clean, and there were a couple minor maintenance items that could use attention. The interior also felt a bit sparse, which made the space a little louder and less cozy or homey.That said, we really appreciated the stay and would recommend it to others looking for a place with great outdoor space and a good overall setup. The location was also appreciated, near hiking and commercial areas, while away from the traffic.
