About this house rental
This 3 bedroom, 1 and 3/4 bath ranch is a historic Sedona home built by master builder, Bill Herrick, who designed Tlaquepaque in Sedona. Stunning views of Thunder mountain, Chimney Rock, Doe Mesa and Cockscomb off of the back paver patio. The home sleep 6 in beds and we have a cot + 2 very comfortable couches for additional people. Relax and enjoy a beverage while watching the sunset. Also, you may see hot air balloons off the back porch in the early morning. Our property is a private, tranquil, park like setting of .69 acres. The property is no smoking inside and outside please. Arizona has high wildfire danger and I wish to protect the community and my home. We also have full laundry facilities, plus an extra shower and toilet in the laundry areas. If you are looking for gorgeous red rock views in a peaceful, tranquil setting, our home may be the perfect place!

Beautiful location, beautiful views, easy access to trails and town. House is clean and everything works well. Not fancy, but comfortable. There is a great patio facing west. A nice place to relax and watch the sunset.

The view is absolutely stunning. The house was welcoming and comfortable throughout our 4 days in Sedona. Location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive and kind.

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for us. We took a trip to escape north east winter and do some mountain biking. The home was super super comfortable, clean and as inviting as you could find. I am so grateful that we found this place. The owners are wonderful and extremely responsive. I spoke with the owner and he was Super helpful.
I will rent from them again. We will definitely be back.
