We had a great stay, the space is very cozy and was perfect for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the well equipped kitchen, walking the dogs in the neighborhood, visit the bars and restaurants in the area, and enjoying the outdoor space. The host went above and beyond with communication and making sure we had what we needed.

The perfect place for our stay. Clean, phenomenal location, outstanding amenities, and great communication with the host. This is the place you want to stay at for your next trip to Austin. Very safe neighborhood and close to just about anything you’d want to do. Oh ya, the bed is a Tempur-Pedic, and we slept like rocks after our activity filled days. Can’t wait to visit again and book here again as well. Thank you!

Small spot but has all you need for a quick trip through Austin. Great location. Nice outdoor space, access to bikes, etc. which was a nice touch! Note: restroom is very petite. If sensitive to light wear an eye mask at night (cute outdoor string lights outdoors add ambiance but could bother you if sensitive to light during rest). This place was perfect for what I needed.

Great little efficiency in a wonderful neighborhood. It’s well equipped and has a nice outdoor space. Excellent use of space. Convenient and walkable to several local restaurants. The owner is very responsive, was most accommodating as I had an emergency schedule change. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is quiet and conveniently located close to downtown Austin. The area of town is great. I wish the AC was more sufficient or there was a ceiling fan over the bed, as it was extremely hot and hunid during our stay, 105°. Entrance of the property was difficult to locate at night due to lack of street lights or lightning at the front of the property. Our room was clean and tidy. 10/10 would book again.

Such a lovely Austin neighborhood, quiet and peaceful it also super close to everything you would want to do! We were in town for MotoGp and it only took us 15 mins to get to the track. The studio is adorable and the backyard space is so nice!

Great location, close to everything and super quiet residential area. Nice outdoor space. As with other reviews, the bathroom is very small. It was fine for me, but a little tight for my husband. Might be uncomfortable for a larger person. We stayed for several days and hand washed our dishes. On the last morning we went to load everything into the dishwasher and discovered dirty dishes presumably from the previous guests.

This studio is perfectly located in the Zilker neighborhood of South Austin. It's nestled in a cute neighborhood with access to lots of good food and drink. We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is small but we didn’t plan on staying in during our visit so it was nice to have a private space to shower and sleep. Plus our dog felt very comfortable and the unit has its own A/C and kitchen space. We’re so grateful for the host Clive as well! We forgot something after checking out and he made sure we got it back the next day. The neighborhood is next to Lamar St. which has a lot of restaurant options and we didn’t have any issues with parking. Overall a cute and cozy place!

My boyfriend and I booked Clive’s property for a weekend stay/getaway. It was just the right amount of space for the two of us, and everything we wanted to visit was very close. The location is great, it’s a quiet and beautiful area, and as soon as you leave the neighborhood, there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We had great communication with Clive, and really enjoyed our visit.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's in an amazing location! You can be downtown in 5 minutes, Zilker Park and Barton Springs in less that that or visit some remarkable restaurants nearby. When you're finished exploring what Austin has to offer, you can relax in the courtyard around the fire-pit with friends. AND you won't find a nicer Host.
