When you first pull into the driveway, you're unsure whether to run to the beach, steps away, or explore all three and a half floors of the home. The main floor is comfy with a large HDTV above the fireplace, ocean views while seated or on the decks, a BBQ grill, a screened porch, and a kitchen, which allows the chefs to remain part of the great room conversations. Spiral stairs lead to a loft where kids can call their own, or adults can escape for some secluded time.
The washer/dryer is conveniently located on the middle level. The lower level has a large game room with a pool table and a wet bar. Exit the slider to the private pool area with a hot tub, where you may spend most of your time during the week. What could be better than a large, well-appointed home close to the beach and private pool?

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

We spent a week at Sea Breeze during a recent heatwave with a group of six adults, one child, and one dog - the layout worked well allowing for everyone to have their own space. The house stayed cool with an 100+ degree heat index and we never had any issues with the AC unit keeping up.
Location is fantastic - you can walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. House was very clean when we arrived. The pool was not great - always seemed dirty - but it was swimmable if you did not mind the bugs. Views were lovely from the third floor and the kitchen/dining area was perfect for family dinners and gatherings. We would rent the house again and recommend to others looking for comfort and easy access to the beach.

The location was great for us. Walking distance to coffee and super-fast to the beach. We could bike to the grocery store as well. The house could use some love and attention. The kitchen was not fully stocked with trash bags, dish towels, potholders or a drainer. There were not enough towels either, which seemed weird. And the house could use some regular maintenance and a deep clean. We had some current and former cleaning company owners in our group so we cleaned but we should not have to.
