Centrally located in the heart of Avon, on a quiet cul-de-sac, you are less than 50 feet to beach access, yet convenient to the Avon pier, shopping, and dining —this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is perfect for the entire group. The fun does not stop after a day in the sun! Enjoy your own private pool area, hot tub, large yard, screened porch or unwind on the sundeck. Don't forget your 4-legged friend… Krazy 4 Shore is dog-friendly!
Ground Level: Ground Level Amenities include a carport and driveway that accommodates up to 5 vehicles, a hot tub, a private pool, an outside shower, a spacious yard, corn hole, and a charcoal grill.
Single Level: As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and skylights throughout the open living area. The living area has access to the sun deck and is furnished with a large sectional sofa and TV. The chef's kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, all of the cookware you will need to prepare today's catch, a breakfast bar that seats 4, and a dining table that seats 8. Bedrooms #1 and 2 are each furnished with a Queen bed, a TV, and share a full spacious bathroom located off the hallway. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. Bedroom #4 is furnished with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full)… perfect for the little ones in your group! Another full hallway bathroom is located between Bedrooms #3 and #4.
Extras: Private pool, hot tub, tiki bar with built-in swings, firepit, corn hole, horseshoes, yard connect four, oversized Jenga, outside shower, charcoal grill, 4 TVs, WiFi, Keurig, crockpot screened porch, sun decks, deck furniture, and parking for 6 vehicles. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

When making the reservation online, I couldn't locate info about military discounts. I called to ask and was told we couldn't have a discount because we only booked 5 nights (at over $1700). Even if we had booked a week, we couldn't get s discount after the original booking. We could, however; add an additional day at the front end of stay for $187, which we declined. Why couldn't all the days be less than $200?
At first arrival, we noticed slats missing from the outdated and yellowed plastic blinds at the entry door window. Not an inviting look! Upon getting settled in, we turned off HVAC system to air out the smell of overbearing cleaning products or air fresheners.
Evidently they we're never used on windows or blinds, as they are all pretty dirty. The shower curtain in the VW curtain bathroom is moldy on the bottom.
Overall, besides those, things were clean inside.
The house was very well-stocked with essentials and even spices! The furnishings were comfy but a lamp and small table is needed in the King room on the other side of the bed.
We loved all the beach signs throughout the property!!
The picnic table on entry deck is riddled with old stains. We wiped away the surface dirt but it needs sanded and painted!
The screen in the window that opens out onto the entry steps fell out of window when I raised the blinds, which is the only thing holding it in. The other window in that room is so clouded you can't see out of it.
We didn't request for the pool to be heated but, we did expect it to be clean. It had a couple of piles of debris swirling in the bottom.
Lots of updates could be done to make this a cleaner-looking and welcoming property. We would think twice before recommending to others.
