Spectacular Mariner's Light is your vacation home port. The ground level has paved parking and an easy walk to Club Hatteras. Your loved ones will go bonkers over the private oceanfront pool with expansive decks, sun chairs, and an outdoor bathroom. The entry level has a sitting room, Ping-Pong table, bath, washer/dryer, refrigerator, and multimedia/game room with access to the pool area. The second level has a media room and an oceanfront deck. Two bedrooms share each bathroom; lock the adjoining bath doors to create two primary suites with terraces.
The third level great room has a living room, kitchen, dining area, cathedral ceiling, fireplace, entertainment center, generous furnishings, and panoramic ocean views. The kitchen has dual dishwashers, a breakfast bar, and oceanfront dining ready for steaks or seafood. Late-night revelers will enjoy the proximity of the kitchen and TV. A super east deck catches all beach and pool action, and there is a west deck for sunsets.
One fourth-floor bedroom has an adjacent loft sitting area that has the best view in the house. The large oceanfront main bedroom has a private jetted tub and shares a semi-private bath with the great room. Elevator to three floors makes for convenient check-in and out.

The fireplace is available from October through April.
The private pool is open seasonally from 4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

My wife and I needed this getaway for the weekend. Outstanding experience at this property. Many businesses are shutting down for the off-season, but several good choices available. Cape Hatteras Light Station is completely covered in scaffolding due to a complete restoration.

The house was very clean. This house has everything you need in the kitchen to make cooking in easy! No house we've stayed in has ever been this well stocked! It's much appreciated. We took advantage of the blue tooth phono player in the dining room several times. Very nice. The deck chairs are very comfortable and placed well. Guest services was great. We were missing a part on the coffee maker. I reached out and they responded and dropped off a new one! WiFi was good until the last night. But I'm sure it didn't have anything to do with the house. It worked perfectly all week. There’s a good tv in the living room with Netflix, Hulu, prime video, and others. Plenty of games, puzzles, and books. It also has two dishwashers! Bonus.

Loved being close to the beach and having a private pool and hot tub. Had a few problems which I address with Vacasa. Was an amazing week.

Let me start off with saying the house beautiful, although there was a few inconveniences such as the Septic tank backing up and running all over the yard. Also there was two beds that had sand in them, dirty dishes, and we were able to get 3 of the TV’s to work. Therefore it was a beautiful house with an excellent view of the ocean far as cleanliness goes we were very disappointed thanks.
