Welcome to La Maison de Village, a charming seasonal rental in the heart of Provence. Ideal for family holidays or trips with friends, this house with a private pool, tree-lined garden and 4 bedrooms guarantees a relaxing stay, between relaxation, nature and authenticity.
Entirely renovated with taste, the house offers an area of 120 m² spread over two levels and an independent bedroom, facing the house, for more privacy. It can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably.
You will discover on the ground floor of the house:
•Entrance with separate WC
•Fitted kitchen and dining area
•Living room with decorative fireplace opening onto the terrace
•Garden furniture and large table under the trees for outdoor meals
Upstairs:
•Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm, bright
•Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 cm, perfect for children
•Bedroom 3: double bed 140 cm, cosy and quiet
•Modern bathroom and separate toilet
The 4th independent room, adjacent to the summer kitchen, is open to the outside and has a bathroom and private toilet.
Exteriors:
•a large enclosed garden of 1,300m2, flowery and wooded
•a secure private swimming pool (3.20m x 5.50m - depth 1.40m), ideal for cooling off in summer
•a shaded terrace with garden furniture
•a fully equipped summer kitchen with plancha and mini fridge, for your outdoor meals
•a petanque court, wrought iron arbour covered with Virginia creeper
•a garden shed arranged for a nap

Belle surprise de découvrir ce vaste jardin propice à la détente. Maison joliement décorée
L’avenue est passante le matin…. Double vitrage aux fenêtres et climatisation seraient nécessaire pour en faire un bien excellent
