I am pleased to welcome you in my charming 56 square meters apartment, located on the 1st floor in the heart of Levallois-Perret. It will be adapted for a tourist or professional stay and can receive 3 persons. You will find everything you need on a daily basis nearby: bars, restaurants, shops, public transportation ...

My apartment is very clean and bright! It can accommodate 3 people and is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a television and a sofa bed to relax after a busy day.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven.
You will be 8 minutes by car from the Parc de la Planchette and 9 minutes from the Espace Champerret.
Paris is only 12 minutes away by foot and you will be very well served by public transportation to visit its must-sees! The Arc de Triomphe is 27 minutes away by metro, the Sacré-Coeur is 28 minutes away, the Louvre is 26 minutes away, the Pantheon is 45 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower is 38 minutes away.
You will find bars, restaurants, shops, bus and metro stops near the apartment... For your daily shopping, you will have a MONOPRIX at 4 minutes on foot and a Franprix at 5 minutes.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!
