My husband has mobility problems but he found the apartment spacious and easy to get around. Very clean and tidy comfortable beds and plenty of seating areas.
Nothing wrong just continue the way you are it met our needs.

Well located and secure parking
The key was clunky. You have to try several times to make it work in the lock both locking and unlocking from the inside - a potential safety issue. The property felt 'tired' and old. Surprisingly, just before my stay I had to either pay a deposit or an insurance policy. There appeared to be no other choice so you have to pay this and I felt cheated before I even arrived

Plenty of hot water, towels etc, bathrooms especially nice.
Not enough crockery for 4 and most cracked, apartment furniture held together by screws!! Only parking for one car, no bedside lamps in main bedroom.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and the bathroom facilities were good.
However, it was strange that there were some holes in the bathroom walls and around the flat. There were also only 3 dining chairs which was inconvenient for a 4 bed property. The mattresses were uncomfortable and there were no bedside lamps in the main bedroom. Dishwasher tablets were provided but there was no dishwasher, and no other way of washing dishes was provided. Overall, I think the hosts need to stay at the accommodation themselves for a weekend to realise what is missing.

I was moved to another apartment so ended up staying at Mount Pleasant way instead due to a maintenance issue, which was a lovely sized apartment right next to the train station. The apartment was a great size with two double bedrooms, a good sized kitchen/living area, and a bathroom and en suite. Having a 12 year old daughter means an apartment is much better for us than a hotel room, as it gives her more space a privacy, so this space was ideal. If I was being critical I’d say there were a few things that could be better, there was a hole in the en suite door where someone had clearly punched it, the living area could do with a better hoovering in the corners and the windows let in a huge amount of traffic noise. But it was a great base for us to stay in, and I’d stay there again.

They cancelled our booking and moved us to another apartment(73) which was awful. It was dirty, holes punched in the ensuite door, filthy kitchen and poorly equiped for any stay. On a positive note, the staff at the Donnini call centre gave us a full refund

This apartment was a real home from home. Everything you needed was provided. Great communication from the host. Was visiting family locally and didn't want to stay in a soulless hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Could benefit from an "info booklet" for appliances etc. Some items had been missed on the cleaning front (fridge and kitchen cupboard) but nothing major.

Die Lage in Kilmarnock ist sehr gut. Es gab einen Parkplatz vor der Tür, welcher auch frei war.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und es gibt sehr viele Schränke etc.
Die zwei Bäder sind renoviert. Das eine Bad ist auch sehr groß. Die Lüftung hat super funktioniert.
Leider gab es einige Dinge, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben.
Zur Ausstattung: der Deckel des Tret-Abfalleimers in der Küche ist mir auf den Fuß gefallen, als ich ihn öffenen wollte. Er lag nur oben auf. Von den drei Stühlen am wackeligem Esszimmertsch, waren zwei so kaputt, dass man Angst hatte sichh d'rauf zu setzen. Ein gemütliches Licht im Wohnzimmer fehlte.
Im großen Badezimmer ist der Toilettendeckel locker, im kleinen der Wasserhahn.
Es roch äußerst unangenehm in beiden Schlafzimmern. Im großen gibt es keinerlei Licht am Bett.
Es gibt in Küche und Badezimmer Hinweisschilder in Bilderrrahmen. Beide Rahmen sind komplett kaputt und fallen auseinander.
Generell war alles irgendwie liebelos und schäbig.
Das mögen Details sein, aber alles zusammen trug dazu bei, dass wir erleichtert waren, als wir abreisen konnten.
Vermieter: es war sicher gut gemeint, ABER: wir bekamen schon VOR unserer Abreise (noch daheim) Anrufe und mails. Als ich einmal zurück gerufen habe, wurde mir nur gesagt, sie wollten gucken, ob die Telefonnnummer stimmt. Was noch okay war. Aber wir haben JEDEN Tag einen Anruf (ohne Grund) bekommen und kamen uns dadurch sehr bedrängt vor. Wir haben echt erwartet, dass die Vermieter am Tag unserer Abfahrt vor der Tür stehen.......
Fazit: wir persönlich würden unseren Freunden die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.
