Unsafe stay with two unauthorized entries and rude staff – not recommended.

Very disappointing experience. During my stay, two people entered the property on two separate occasions without permission or any prior notice, which is a serious violation of privacy and security. There was no communication from the host, and the situation was handled in a careless and unprofessional way. The staff who entered were rude and disrespectful, and we felt unsafe in the property. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and trustworthy accommodation.

Great location but needs improvements
Location was fantastic, views were lovely. Sofa was very uncomfortable, floorboards were sooo noisy. Main bathroom had a shower head but no way of putting it on the wall for a shower so the only way to take a shower was in the en suite which has 2 single beds pushed together. Pillows were not comfy and the cases kept coming off. Couldn't find the heating controls anywhere! Would have been nice to have been offered a topup of toilet roll ect after a few days. I'd stay again but purely for Location and ease of booking/check-in. Found a very weird sign in a cupboard saying "Keep water in bath till Thursday, Thanks!"

Convenient location. Spacious apartment.
No information on how to operate the heating. No bins in bathroom. Shower was Luke warm with poor flow rate, to be honest unusable. Some of the internal fire doors did not have working self closers. The bed we slept in had a hard springy mattress and was uncomfortable.

great little place with plenty of room just needs a bit of updating in bathroom overall great stay
large comfortable beds good kitchen and en suite close to town
only one small sofa for a two bedroom apartment could do with another as plenty of space bathroom could do with tlc in terms of Lino replacement and extraction fan replacing as smelt damp
