Reasonable priced and nice for a short stay.
Lovely apartment very handy for town centre
Needs some maintenance. One of the bedroom doors would not close properly , extractor fan in the toilet was very noisy, toilet seat was very loose.

The location was great close to shops and amenities. The apartment was cosy, comfortable, and very clean. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The staff were also very helpful and responsive.
The neighbour took my parking space and wouldn’t let me park, which was a bit stressful. However, the office staff handled the situation quickly and professionally.

Potential to be very nice if the property was maintained.
Large, comfortable apartment centrally located close to amenities. Private parking.
No kitchen welcome pack (dishtowel, sponge, washing up liquid etc) on arrival. Had to go to Morrisons to get basics so we could clean up after eating. Fixtures and fittings in generally poor condition. Mouldy shower ceiling with rusty metal sticking out of shower wall. Broken bath panel. Broken kitchen tap. Lack of cutlery (only 3 x forks). Dirty and dusty floor underneath furniture in living room. Stains on bedthrow. Heavily stained carpet metal straps at doorways to bedrooms. Broken bathroom door lock. Broken bedroom door facing. Noise in second bedroom, when raining you can hear dripping in the interbal drainage downpipe which disturbs sleep. Cracked and dirty crockery and cookware - everything had to be cleaned before use. Loose and poorly fitted toilet seat. Broken and poorly mai tained bedroom furniture - bedside table lids loose and chest of drawers drawer bases were collapsing. Wardrobe doors didn't close completely.

Dirty unhygienic shocking standard
Propert wasn’t clean a meal that had been there for sometime maybe days found in microwave so property stunk broken tap toilet seat bottom door buzz in system didn’t work your handyman was brilliant but he was embarrassed with the property

Generally dissapointed!
Location very good.
One of the towels was very grubby, and could not be used - photos available! The shower cubicle was very 'tired' and fairly grubby. One of the bedroom windows could not be shut properly (this was the weekend of a very bad storm)! The keypress in the car park was difficult to use in the dark, with rain and a strong wind. The mattress under our bed sheets was old and grubby - not a nice experience!
