Nice relaxed

It was a lovely spacious apartment the area was nice and central and quiet.

The on suite bathroom was grubby and needed some tlc. The oven was not clean neither where the trays that went into the oven I had to clean all the stuff first before I used it.

This accommodation double booked their premises. they cancelled our booking the day before we arrived

Central location with access to amenities.

Apart from an issue regarding the cleaning regime which was speedily remedied after a phone call we would book this accommodation again if we were in area.

The variety of channels on the TV were limited but we managed

Great value for money and well equipped facilities

Fully equipped and spacious. The hosts rang a couple of times to check in and make sure everything was okay, really good customer service.

Providing salt and pepper would be a nice extra. The lighting needs some work, a few lamps didn’t work and no light bulb in the hallway.

we were changed to apartment 53 prior to arriving. Apartment building stank of weed being smoked. Apartment 53 was run down, dirty and in poor state of repair.

London Gate Apartment is London Standard!

The apartment is easy to find and is very close to the town center shops, bus and rail stations. Set in its own grounds it has private parking. We had a ground floor apartment, which was a bonus as my wife has some mobility issues. This apartment is finished to a very high standard with carpet to all the rooms and hallway. Decoration is fresh and bright. The bedrooms are large with one en-suite and there is lots of storage space. Furniture is also of a very good standard. There is good WiFi available. Kilmarnock is a great location for a base to tour Scotland or to visit Glasgow and Edinburgh. The guys from Donnini Apartments were fantastic. The entry instructions we received on the morning of our trip were very clear and we received a couple of phone calls (from Morgan) during our stay to check that everything was going well.

The property would benefit from some form of welcome pack with instructions for the use of the various fixtures and fittings, such as heating, cooker hood, TV etc. Some information on local restaurants, services and attractions would be useful along with a bus and train timetable.

Well worth the money, will definitely Italy stay again

Very clean, modern, warm and tidy. Covid secure.

Some tiny redecorating required but nothing major (missing curtain panel in living room, bath tub panel hanging out). Really not a bother though because very clean, spacious, lovely starched sheets and quiet location even though in town centre - lovlved the view of all the old Victorian Kilmarnock buildings and really attentive staff at the Donnini Office. We stayed in the Walker Suite, Kilmarnock. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay in great quality apartment

It was finished to a very high standard and felt luxurious to stay in, nobody wanted to leave! We felt really at home and the beds were so comfy and the sofa bed was awesome!

Nr 53 Walker Suite - ikke 82

Dagen før vores ankomst fik vi at vide, at den bestilte stuelejlighed nr 82 var taget ud af markedet. I stedet vi vi nr 53 på 2. sal uden elevator. Udfordrende for en med knæskade. Fuger mellem gulv og vægge i badeværelserne dårligt udført. Gulvskinne mellem køkken og stue er løs. Ellers var vi meget tilfredse. Lejligheden var større end forventet.
