The team were brilliant, fixed issues quickly! Fab location right next to the station and both 53 and 52 that we moved into were huge! The team worked hard and sorted issues even over Christmas!
We'd asked in advance for the sofa bed to be made up and it wasn't, there were quite a few issues with 53 so after one night they moved us to 52, there were issues there too but nothing we couldn't work around, not enough plates or cutlery for every person that stays.
