Apartment stank of cigarette smoke. Didn’t match the photos. We thought we were getting three beds but two beds were pushed together with no extra bedding. Strange man kept knocking on our door and standing in the hallway for a long time. Just wasn’t worth the money that we paid

Great team

The team were brilliant, fixed issues quickly! Fab location right next to the station and both 53 and 52 that we moved into were huge! The team worked hard and sorted issues even over Christmas!

We'd asked in advance for the sofa bed to be made up and it wasn't, there were quite a few issues with 53 so after one night they moved us to 52, there were issues there too but nothing we couldn't work around, not enough plates or cutlery for every person that stays.

On the whole very nice. Good but not excellent.

Location. Upper floor apartment. Modern appearance and facilities.

Stains on cushions. Slight damage to wall in lounge. Missing flooring at fridge. Only one tray in oven. Metal strip at flooring and carpet in lounge is a trip hazard.

The room is big enough

The bathroom was really in bad conditions for the price they charge. Was not able to shower and need to sleep without taking my bath after long day work at COP26.

Great location, nicely decorated apartment. Great communication with the staff

Internet wasn't working at all, floors upstairs were so squeaky that we could hear the neighbour walking all the time, sometimes the whole living room was shaking

It was spacious and close to our family

Could have been cleaner in the shower and the washer dryer didn’t function well. (No instructions) the sofa bed wasn’t very comfy to sit on and there was no separate armchair. Though the dining chairs were comfy. (Have informed Doninni)

Enorme desillusie, vies, slecht onderhouden. Nooit meer!

Alles, het was niet schoon. Keuken was vet. Oven was erg vies. Slecht onderhouden. Deurklink badkamer viel er af. Bank is stuk, bed was stuk. Meubilair was oncomfortabel, bedden heel slecht en bij het afhalen van het beddengoed werd ik onpasselijk van de staat van de kussens en matrassen. Ik heb geen idee hoe dit een positieve beoordeling kan hebben. Op basis van de beoordelingen boek je een locatie. Ik krijg nu sterk het idee dat alleen positieve beoordelingen geplaatst worden. Er wordt ook aangegeven beoordelingen met 5 sterren plaatsen op booking.com. Ben je niet tevreden meldt het ons. Dat heb ik ook gedaan en foto's meegestuurd maar ik had zelf ook graag eerlijke beoordelingen willen zien op booking.com.
