The apartment has a very comfortable bed, it is located in a central location and it's very clean, perfect for a short stay in Budapest. Very quiet room and the AC really did a good job in these very hot summer days. Also the staff is very helpful whenever you need assistance.
We had a mini problem with the keybox, but it was very fast solved by the staff. Also at night the area is a bit sketchy as it's located close to some clubs, but overall a very great experience.

The location was great. Close to everything but also quiet enough to sleep
I was there for a week. It was really small- not good for more than 1 person. For longer stays like a week, they should offer at least one day of room cleaning without being charged.

The actual apartment was #2 but the number above the door is 5. Makes it difficult after dark to sort out. On a positive note the what's app person responded very quickly and was helpful
The trouble getting into the apartment. The kettle didn't work but was replaced on second day. And the tv didn't work for the whole stay. It was reported but I got no response.
