Deluxe and Cozy City Center Suite for 8PPL

Estaba en muy buena zona, aunque el exterior no esté cuidado el piso estaba reformado y bien. No estaba reluciente pero todo estaba limpio y curioso. El piso es muy amplio y aunque solo tenga un baño completo también tiene otro aseo con WC. Está relativamente cerca de 2 paradas de metro por lo que está bien comunicado.

Viajábamos 8 personas y el sofá cama estaba roto por lo que solo podía dormir una persona, al abrirlo estaba roto por abajo y no se podía utilizar. Nos apañamos como pudimos pero contábamos con que fuese para 2 personas. No hay almohadas, son cojines y no son tan cómodos. Además, al no haber persianas entra mucha luz desde temprano.

A casa tinha uma ótima localização, e as camas eram bastante confortáveis.

O suposto sofá cama não dá para acomodar 2 pessoas de forma confortável, portanto aconselho que seja uma casa para um total de 7 pessoas. A existência de apenas 2 cadeiras impossibilitou que fossem feitas refeições de forma confortável.

The apartment is close to places of interest, nice neighbour, big comort clean house with a bath and a wc. Also it was clean with many facilities available, like an esspresso machine, frige and casserole dishes.

The only thing I have to say is the limited number of chairs. In case the house hosts 6 persons and more there is no space for some of them to hang arround only the floor. There is a sofa and two chairs

Very nice location, about 30-35 mins walk to most important city-sights. Enough space for 4 adults (not more) and 4 children. Closeby to restaurants/fast food/street food and cafe's/bars. Very clean, renovated, equipped kitchen. 1 bathroom plus 1 small wc. Very big living room with high ceiling. Gives a sence of another era.

1) It was not mentioned in the description that the appartment is on the 3rd floor of a high ceiling building without elevator, meaning climbing the equivalent of almost 5 to 6 floor stairs to reach the appartment. 2) Chairs & standard table missing from the kitchen (only 2 instead of 8). 3) Armchairs & sofas for 8 people are missing from the living room. Even an armchair shown in Booking photos was not there, thus only 2 persons had sitting places on the sofa. 4) Needs some maintenance. 5) Basic kitchen goods are not provided, such as oil, spices, aluminum foil, baking paper, paper napkins etc. 6) The overall condition of the building is rather poor.
