Die Lage, die sichere Parkplatzsituation, die Ruhe, die Infrastruktur rundum, die Erreichbarkeit, 3 Toiletten in der Wohnung, der Hausmeister Herr Csaba war immer sehr hilfreich und freundlich, Klimaanlage funktioniert super!

Leider ist das Duschen ohne anschließend nassem Boden fast unmöglich. In der Dusche bei der Küche muß die Halterung für den Duschkopf neu angeschraubt werden, der ist wackelig.

Ottima posizione, il parcheggio nel crtile interno,pur essendo in una delle vie principali l'alloggio si trova al interno in una posizione tranquilla

Si potrebbe tenere un po più pulito l'atrio del ingresso nel cortile interno che è pulito ma non dipende dal proprietario del alloggio ma del condominio

L’appartamento è spazioso ed accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato il doppio bagno. La posizione è strategica, con il centro di Pest raggiungibile a piedi e la zona dei locali serali a due passi. Un grazie all’host per avevi consentito di lasciare le valigie in casa anche dopo l’orario del check out.

L’edificio ha i suoi anni ed avrebbe bisogno di essere un po’ sistemato

Great location. 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms The communication.

The buiding inside is in a very bad condition. There is no garden but a meters high vegetation, plus a fortified wall. The 2 adjacent bedrooms open onto this vegetation, which means no way out in case of emergency. Didnt feel safe. The 3rd bedroom has no window but open on a very small confined space (for smokers ?). The apartment was clean, apart from the beds which need a good cleaning (bedbugs). Only one bath towel per person for a week and only one dirty tea towel. Not enough kitchen utensils for a 6 people apartment ( 2 teaspoons, 2 glasses for wine, no big bowl for a salad, a very small cutting board, no colander...
