The Waterfront Apartments are a budget accommodations in Greenock with security entrance, it was previously student accommodations around 9 years ago. It is on the seafront, just 5 minutes' walk from Greenock Central Railway Station and town center.

Central to where I wanted
This recent stay was fine, I would have preferred a 1st floor apartment, but i think that’s just me being picky.

This accomodation is exactly what it says. You get an old student room in the halls of residence. Security locks on all the entry doors. Right on the waterfront with a lovely walk all along the front. Very close to Lidl, Home Bargains, Pizza Hut and KFC. a few minutes walk to the Beacon arts centre theatre. Use of a shared kitchen which is a great facility. Although it could have done with a dish washing brush or cloth as how do you wash your dishes.
Great and easy car parking. Not luxury but price reflects it. It was lovely and clean and the caretaker gave a nice welcome and was on the phone if required.
My only problem was another guest who was shouting and banging on his own door at 04.47 but although scary this finished after 15 minutes.
I think that the signage of the building could correspond with the hotel booking information. It wasn't very clear. Just to be helpful i suggest the wardrobe needs to be moved to the other wall in this room as it is impractical where it is. Annoying to squeeze past it all the time.

Parking car ,nice see view .
Nice house keepers gentle and respectful.
But they did not clean it for one week .
No hot water !only one boiler for all the guests .
Room so small .
Anytime after work I had to have a cold shower !
