The apartment was lovely, amazing view of the sea from the balcony. Both rooms were spacious lovely restaurant next door. Both bathrooms were spacious, kitchen was well equipped etc.
The one thing that stood out for us were the towels…. They were hard like rugs. They really need some new soft towels. Also only 1 toilet roll per bathroom for 4 of us on a 3 night stay. Unfortunately the amusements centre for kids was closed the whole time.

This flat is amazing. It has everything that you would need for a lovely vacation. A real home from home .and the location is perfect sitting on balcony looking at the sunrise was a joy a very short walk to the beach .nice and peaceful and I was there 2nd week in August 26 . Also its only a short driveway from walton .Frinton. and Clacton. .with lovely beaches. Justin the owner was so pleasant .when i i went to collect keys . So all in all would definitely go back. And we had a very lovely holiday.
