The Beach House

Location was exceptional Impeccably clean! Facilities could not be faulted

Would be useful to have a fan in each bedroom and one in the lounge. It was very hot!

Location brilliant. Wonderful comfortable house with great sea views. Hosts were quick to respond to a query and very helpful to resolve. Would certainly book again.

We celebrated my big birthday at The Beach House as a family group of 6 adults and 3 children (inc a baby of 8 weeks) the house was absolutely perfect in every respect. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable throughout, the balcony on the first floor was amazing with views out across the sea - we had exception weather too! The garden was safe for the children and provided lots of space for us to enjoy, the beach huts and beach were just outside the garden gate which was just perfect. The area is very peaceful with nice beach walks and scenery up to the Naze. We used the house to its full potential it did not disappoint, so we would highly recommend it. The bathrooms all had fluffy white towels, the bedding was great quality and comfortable too! Nice touches to the decor with a few well chosen beach ornaments and pictures that completed the beach vibe!

We liked everything about the property, we had a minor issue with not being able to open the kitchen window (as the weather was so hot) this was all sorted out very quickly with the maintenance chap who was super helpful! If I was nit picking, it could do with a few extra kitchen items a cheese grater, a vegetable peeler and some fizz glasses 🥂but otherwise it had everything you will need!

Property had all you needed! From Toilet roll, fresh soft towels in each of the bath cloak rooms. Excellent location with stunning views out to the sea. Off street parking, plenty of space in the property for the family to enjoy
