Apartamento Parque Jardín

A spacious, modern apartment with all conveniences - we had a boat for repair at Rolnautic Boatyard and the location is very close (5 minutes walk). The apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is big enough for captain and crew and offers all necessary equipment. The owner is very nice and helpful. The collection of the keys worked fine (there are 2 sets, if you need more, I reckon you can get them), as the janitor was there to open the house door. A Spar supermarket is 250 m away - very convenient for loading up for breakfast etc. Although there is a fully equipped kitchen we always went for restaurants in the vicinity of the Las Palmas, Marina. Next door is a café with garden and lots of flowers which looks nice (haven't tried it out). All in all, good value for the money and very convenient, if you have works carried out at the boatyard.

La estancia ha sido excelente. Llegamos temprano a la isla y Antonio, el anfitrión, nos permitió dejar las maletas en el apartamento mientras terminaban de limpiarlo, lo cual fue un gran detalle. Al acceder, encontramos el apartamento en perfecto estado: muy limpio, cuidado y espacioso. Antonio estuvo siempre disponible y atento durante toda la estancia, brindándonos un trato excepcional, además nos dejó salir más tarde el dia de salida.
