No stress. Everything was easy. Everything just works. Supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. There was a wonderful care package waiting for us. And staff was kind enough to give my wife birthday present.
Cleaning frequency. If you stay longer than 7 days you get one additional cleaning free. Otherwise it is chargeable. During summer you need to clean more frequently. It’s just a necessity. We were there 12 days. They’ve cleaned the room properly towards mid of our stay. But carpets are not cleaned often enough I would say. It is visible. But it is still a great stay

Tha accomodation is 5 minute walk from the ocean. It has a good garage and it was very clean.
The main sandy beach is 20 min walk but still cold sometimes, it wort renting a car and drive south where is always sunny.

Very friendly and helpful staff, well equipped apartment very near to the beach.. The welcome basket of wine, local food and basics was very much appreciated and Javier, the manager, was very kind. This was our 3rd stay at ART and we were delighted as always with everything. We look forward to returning next summer.
