The shutters need replacing as they have rusted due to proximity to the sea, but wasn’t a problem. The bedroom mattress however was not confortable and way too soft. Especially with two people sinking to the centre.

Die Austattung war teilweise abgewohnt. Der Couch hatte dunkle Flecken an den Armlehnen und roch schimmelig. Der Schaukelsessel hatte gelbe Flecken im Kopfbereich. Das Gestell von dem Bett war unten gerissen und hatte dort rostige Flecken. Wenn man die Matratze hochhebt, findet man drunter Essensreste. Der Kühlschrank hatte keine Leuchte drin und es fehlten die Seitenfächer. Der Backoffen war nicht sauber und qualmte nach dem anschalten. Auch die Gummidichtung beim Backoffen geht ab und hängt durch. Im Schalfzimmer beim offenen Fenster hört man die Lüftungsanlage die 2 Etagen tiefer ist. . Beim Betreten des kleinen Balkons hatte ich fast einen Unfall. Das Holzbrett an den man die Hände legt ist an der rechten Seite einfach abgebrochen und auf die Promenade geknallt. Hätte ich mich mit dem Rücken daran angelegt würde ich vom Balkon (3 Etage) runter fallen. Die Wohnungstür klappert wenn es windig ist. Fenster im Wohnzimmer dichten schlecht ab. Wenn es windig ist, dann hört man wie der Wind pfeift.

Excellent location in the front row at the sea, great view of the area where the surfers are. Many restaurants and shops are in immediate vicinity. However, the waves can be strong. If you prefer calmer water for swimming, a location further north is better. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. However, Wi-Fi was rather slow with 2 to 8 Mbps download speed.
