Huone oli tilava ja sänky mukava. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi. Pääsääntöisesti toimiva ja siisti. Sijainti hyvä. Lähellä paljon hyviä kahviloita, ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Rannalle lyhyt kävelymatka.
Hieman meluisa, äänieristyksiin ei ole panostettu. TV ei toiminut. Wc/kylpyhuonetilassa kosteusvaurioita, joista tulee epäsiisti ja ei terve kuva majoituspaikasta. Muutoinkin paikka on remontin tarpeessa. "Garden" osiossa olisi voinut olla vaikka parit pöydät ja tuolit, nyt tästä tilasta ei voinut nauttia millään muotoa.
