Great location, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and beach all right on the doorstep, flat is spacious for 2 and comfortable - good beds and sofa. Roof terrace is a really great bonus!

A few more basics in the kitchen would help for longer term stays - like chopping board. And a bit more natural light would be nice. The windows are small - but the roof terrace makes up for it

A great location, very clean and comfortable. Hosts were easy to contact and responded promptly.

Could not get the apartments door code to work, managed with app so was no problem but worry was if my phone ran out of charge.

Location was great, 1-2 minutes of walk from the beach, bars, restaurants. The place was clean and the shower was good and the bed was also big and comfortable for two people. The apartment also has access to a rooftop terrace where I went several times for drinks and snacks. However, the view from there is not particularly great and more could definitely be done to make the space feel more cozy.

The host was unwilling to provide an extra towel to use on the beach. This was a big problem for me as I only travel with a tiny backpack and is unable to fit an extra towel into my rucksack (traveling with a small rucksack makes the plane ticket much cheaper). Clearly there is a reason why someone goes on holidays in Las Palmas and choose an apartment 150 meters from the beach - I believe a beach towel should be a standard amenity just like bed sheets and toilet paper. Perhaps it seemed extra absurd that the host was unwilling to provide an extra towel as I was renting the apartment for 24 nights, spending around 2000 euros - it should be very little effort on behalf of the host... I chose this apartment specifically because of its big kitchen because I wanted to cook at home. However, the kitchen was not very well-equipped and basic things as a chopping board and a wooden or plastic spatula was missing. There was also no (potato) peeler and no large ceramic cups for tea. There was a broom/brush but no dustpan to pick up the dust - something you need when you stay in the same apartment for 24 days. I contacted the host about the chopping board and the spatula but the host was only willing/able? to accommodate us with a chopping board and we had to spend money buying a spatula for the kitchen ourselves. Really not a lot of money but obviously this is not to be expected. One might be led to believe that the host's strategy is to let the guests pay for equipping the kitchen? It was impossible to open one drawer underneath the bed which is the place to store your clothes. In the end I think it's such a shame that the host was not more accommodating as this would have required so very little on his/her behalf and it would have left me with an overall MUCH better impression of the apartment.

UNACCEPTABLE. Guests are managed like numbers ! I spent at least 3 hours to feel in information in the on line platform of the sub contractor who manage the appartment of the owner ! They refused to speak to me other the phone in person ! If you have a question... they send you a web link, and it is the guests' job to find the potential response within a long web page!!!! ZERO ASSISTANCE. ZERO VALUE!!!!
